The engine is drilled from five liters to 5.2 l and with an output of 526 horsepower, it is the most powerful atmospheric engine in the history of road Fords. With a maximum of 8,250 rpm, it is also the most revolving V8 they have ever built in Detroit. It unravels happier than a standard engine room and pushes you into the saddle even when the ordinary GT fails. They gutted unnecessary back seats from the interior, leaving only two great pieces from Recar. Amazingly comfortable and at the same time tight. A thick Alcantara steering wheel and a classic gear lever - what more could our hands want? The Shelby GT350R received a Torsen self-locking differential, and for the first time Ford bet on magnetorheological shock absorbers to allow a smooth change of stiffness by means of an electric current passing through the damping fluid.
