Fittings vs. molding. The forged wheel is made of so-called drop forging, when it is "forged" into the mold by a hydraulic press. Like a cast wheel, it is very light but much stronger. Of course, the price is usually higher than casting, not because of the material, which is basically the same, but precisely because of the more complex production. But the result is worth it.
In addition, FUEL offers the FUEL FORGED service, where you can basically design the bike according to your ideas.
