WHAT IS AN INTERCHILLER?
Simply put, we plug a T-coupling into your car's air conditioning system and split the coolant 50/50 between your cabin and the radiator. We also install a solenoid on the line leading into the cab so you have 2 modes of operation:

  • Cabin and cooler
  • Cooler only (Race mode)


Race mode is safe on the race track as no condensation escapes from the car's cabin evaporator.
The interchiller core is a patented design, one of the many reasons why it is possible to cool the intake air as well as have ZERO impact on cabin air conditioning performance.
The intercooler fluid will pass through one side of the radiator core and exchange its temperature with the car's coolant, resulting in freezing intake temperatures as the intercooler fluid will keep getting colder.

Once your intercooler fluid passes through the radiator, it is subcooled to sub-freezing temperatures, which in turn lowers the temperature of your intake air into the supercharger or turbocharger intercooler system.

An interchiller can be fitted to any car as long as the car has a water/air intercooler system (supercharger or turbocharger) and air conditioning.

We are able to run the cars on the track over and over again with the same consistency every time.
