Opening hours Monday to Friday from 9-12h & 13-17h
The Linkswell GEN5 T-Style multimedia center replaces the factory display and climate control center on select Ford F-Series models and enhances the dashboard with a 13" touch panel encased in a bezel, similar to the original. Climate controls are now built into the bezel, giving the driver access to all related functions, as well as physical volume and tuning controls.
Powered by Android™ 9, the multimedia center is optimized to display relevant information with minimal distractions. Google Maps is pre-installed, and you can install your favorite Android navigation apps (like Waze) to provide live updates as you drive (requires internet connection – via dedicated or phone hotspot). In addition to using the built-in AM/FM tuner, drivers can take advantage of the factory USB port to connect smartphones and an additional USB port for flash media. Bluetooth connectivity allows for hands-free phone calls and wireless music streaming, as well as master control of external devices such as Bluetooth lighting.
GEN 5 now allows users to wirelessly activate and use Car Play (Apple) and Android Auto to enjoy a seamless experience using the power of your smartphone for additional features of each system.
By connecting the Linkswell GEN5 T-Style to a mobile or smart Wi-Fi hotspot, users can access the Internet through a browser that displays full web pages with multiple tabs and search capabilities. They can also use their subscription-based streaming services – Pandora Internet Radio, SiriusXM Satellite radio, Spotify and more – by downloading Android-compatible apps to the unit’s 64GB internal memory or by adding an external Sirius/XM satellite radio tuner (SXM connector included – future firmware update required to enable).
For safety reasons, the Linkswell GEN5 T-Style has three dedicated camera inputs for optional front, rear and passenger side camera views. The rear view camera switches when the vehicle is in reverse, the right side camera switches when the right turn signal is used, and the front camera is controlled manually.
