Simply stated, more is better when it comes to transmission fluid. Higher volumes of fluid take longer to heat up, allowing for more stable transmission temperatures and extending transmission life.
PPE’s Heavy-Duty Deep Transmission Pans hold an extra 1.72 quarts of fluid and are made of high-grade A356.0-T6 aluminum alloy for optimal heat dissipation. External cooling fins also help reduce fluid temperatures.
Transmission pan also features a high-powered Neodymium magnet equipped drain plug to help pull harmful ferrous metal contaminants from transmission fluid. 1/8 inch NPT access port for optional temperature sensor included and pan is compatible with OEM gasket.
